Impak Psychiatry

Elizabeth is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who provides medication management. Elizabeth has completed both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing in Psychiatric Mental Health at the University of Pennsylvania. She works with clients between ages 18 and above in diagnosis for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, postpartum mental conditions, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, insomnia, among other mental health conditions. Elizabeth particularly has a passion for working with women and moms, as it relates to perinatal mental health issues including postpartum depression/anxiety, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), fertility issues, and hormonal changes. 

Elizabeth brings a faith based perspective and cross-cultural approach to her work with clients. She has an appreciation and insight for social factors that impact one’s mental health including cultural influences, religious beliefs, socioeconomic status, and family dynamics. She enjoys working with patients of different backgrounds to help navigate mental health given these various factors. Elizabeth is a lover of languages and cultures. She is a native speaker of English and Korean, while being conversational in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. She is also currently learning Russian. Elizabeth is married with 2 young children and is involved with her local church.
